Customer accounts hold default privileges such as being charged sales tax (depending on state location) and are approved immediately upon registration. Resellers based outside of CA are not required to provide a CA Issued Reseller Certificate and are immediately granted tax-exemption privileges. NOTE: Californian Resellers who make purchases through a default Customer account will be charged sales tax and sales tax is non-refundable.

CA Certified Reseller account registration is required for all Resellers based in CA. In order to grant tax-exempt privileges, users must submit a CA Reseller Certificate form and await approval prior to gaining access to their account. A representative will approve their account within 1 business day once the CA Reseller Certificate has been validated. NOTE: Californian Resellers who make purchases through a default Customer account will be charged sales tax and sales tax is non-refundable.
